| WELCOME To Dave's Legacy Guide Service / Lure Co. My name is Joel Walczak, I'll be your Musky Guide through out this site, as well as on the water. I have been Musky fishing for over 30 years now. I've learned a lot of different techniques, gained a ton of knowledge, and put a lot of fish in the boat over the years. We fish predominantly for Musky, but do also guide for walleye in Phillips, Wi. Named in memory of my Dad, Dave Walczak, Dave's Legacy uses his ideals on teaching clients to be successful. We enjoy spending time on the water with clients new to the world of Musky fishing. Kids are a huge part of what we do, and always welcome as part of an outing. They are the future of our fisheries, as well as the future of our communities. Teach a kid to fish, and give them an opportunity to have a wholesome activity that will last them a lifetime. We fish out of a 16 foot Crestliner, powered by a Mercury 75 h.p. Optimax. We offer the use of our equipment to all of our clients. We will help you to understand structure, lure selection and presentation. All you have to bring is appropriate clothing for the weather, your current Wisconsin fishing license, and a positive fishing attitude. We don't guarantee fish, but you will see fish, and learn what you need, to be successful on your own. During your outing, we will be casting, as well as trolling (on Pewaukee Lake only). There may be times one is done more than the other. We want you to experience catching and releasing fish, so we will use which ever tactic is working best at the time. Thanks to my wife Lanette, and my son Kristopher, both avid fisherman. With out their help and support, I would never be as successful as I am on the water. They are also a huge part of the success of Dave's Legacy Lures. From testing on tour for 2 years, to production and sales, our success is owed in large part to them.
