| 2010 Fishing Report Brought to you by Trey Fazio and "BUYERS VANTAGE" September/October 2010: Fish have been moving pretty well on Pewaukee Lake. We have boated several fish over 40 inches, and a dozen more close to it. We had a 2 day outing with Brian and Eric, where they had 5 possibilities at fish, and boated 2 fish. Eric boated them both, and missed another one, while Brian brought 2 nice fish up to the side of the boat. We spent a week in Phillips the last week of September, and our friends from Buyers Vantage, Trey and Dave, boated seven muskie during the week. Great week guys, and great fishing. The early part of October has been either a sucker bite, or a crank bait bite for us. Coupled in with a smaller Muskie caught by my son Mathew while trolling. Ed the "Falconeer" was out with Gordy from the Musky Shop and I, for a chance at his first ever Musky. He got it. A 41" beast, caught on a sucker. Rick from the Musky Shop and I fished the 2 Charlie's tournament together, and boated a nice 37.5" fish and took 5th place. We also had 4 other chances at fish, and couldn't hook up. Richard and Iggy from Illinois came up for a beautiful day on the lake. By the end of their outing, Iggy caught a hefty 43" fish, that made for a beautiful picture. |
